Summary of the itinerary: Tour on the boards of mountain shepherds, a half-day experience that combines the meadows with visits to the cheese factory. It is a complete experience, ideal to understand the culture of grazing as a whole.
We start from the Berastegi square and walk the mountain with donkeys, combining sport and culture. Along the way, parentheses will be made to better understand the culture of grazing. We arrive at a mountain hut and we know how it works inside. We took advantage of the stop to try some cheese and recharge our batteries.
Then we pass through the village and into the green meadows. With some explanations we will delve into the culture of grazing. We will get to know the Gazpio farm and the cheese factory again, ending with a tasting.
